Online Therapy in Charlotte, NC
For Charlotte professionals whose careers reward output and never ask what it costs.
HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions, not in person
A City Organized Around Performance
Charlotte runs on banking, consulting, and the long support structure underneath all of it. The work is measured, reviewed, and ranked. People here are used to being competent in public.
That environment can be genuinely hard on a sensitive person, and not because you are fragile. You read the room faster than the room reads itself. You register the shift in someone's tone on the call before anyone names it. You absorb the tension of a reorg that has not been announced yet. Then you go back to your desk and produce as if none of that took anything from you.
What Usually Brings People In
Burnout that looks like high performance from the outside. Dread on Sunday evening. A promotion that came with more visibility than you have capacity for. Difficulty saying no when the ask is reasonable and you are already at your limit. Relationships at home getting the version of you that has nothing left.
We work on where your energy is actually going, what boundaries would need to be true for the week to be survivable, and how to keep your sensitivity as information rather than treating it as a defect to manage.
How Sessions Work
By HIPAA-compliant telehealth video. There is no Charlotte office and no in person option, so uptown traffic and a parking deck are never part of your appointment. Adults only, North Carolina residents only.
No office, anywhere
All appointments are HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions. There is no address to drive to in this city or in any other, and no in person option. I am licensed in North Carolina only and see adults who are physically in the state during their sessions. I do not promise a particular outcome or a set number of sessions.

Questions From Charlotte Clients
Do I need to come to an office?
No. Every session is a HIPAA-compliant telehealth video session. There is no office in Charlotte or anywhere else.
What if I travel or move within North Carolina?
That is fine. As long as you are physically in North Carolina during our sessions, where you are in the state does not matter.
Do you work with couples or families?
No. I work with individuals 18 and older. If a relationship is part of what brings you in, we work on it together one on one.
Do you take insurance?
No. My practice is private pay. We go over fees during your free consultation.
