Highly Sensitive Therapy & Wellness

Online Therapy in Greensboro, NC

For people whose work runs on shifts, schedules, and things arriving on time.

HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions, not in person

Work That Does Not Pause for a Hard Week

Greensboro is manufacturing, distribution, freight, and the plants and warehouses along the interstates. A lot of that work is loud, physical, scheduled to the minute, and paid by the hour. When a line is down or a load is late, nobody is asking how you are doing.

Sensitive adults in these jobs usually do not describe themselves as sensitive. They describe being wiped out after a shift, needing forty silent minutes in the truck before going inside, or getting snapped at once and thinking about it all night. Noise, fluorescent light, and constant urgency are real inputs, and a nervous system that registers detail deeply pays a higher price for them.

What Usually Brings People In

Exhaustion that a weekend no longer fixes. Second and third shift wrecking your sleep and your temper. Being the person everyone at work and at home relies on, with no version of the week where you come first. Anxiety about a plant closing or a contract moving.

We keep it practical. What recovery is possible inside your actual schedule, what you can decline without losing standing, and how to come home without unloading the day onto the people there.

How Sessions Work

Secure video only, so an appointment does not cost you a commute on top of a shift. No Greensboro office and no in person sessions. Adults, North Carolina only.

No office, anywhere

All appointments are HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions. There is no address to drive to in this city or in any other, and no in person option. I am licensed in North Carolina only and see adults who are physically in the state during their sessions. I do not promise a particular outcome or a set number of sessions.

How to Start From Greensboro

  3. Keep meeting by HIPAA-compliant telehealth video, often weekly at first.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm, and Friday, 10am to 2pm. Private pay only; I do not bill insurance.

Questions From Greensboro Clients

Do I need to come to an office?

No. Every session is a HIPAA-compliant telehealth video session. There is no office in Greensboro or anywhere else.

What if I travel or move within North Carolina?

That is fine. As long as you are physically in North Carolina during our sessions, where you are in the state does not matter.

Do you work with couples or families?

No. I work with individuals 18 and older. If a relationship is part of what brings you in, we work on it together one on one.

Do you take insurance?

No. My practice is private pay. We go over fees during your free consultation.
