Highly Sensitive Therapy & Wellness

Online Therapy in Raleigh, NC

For people who moved here for the work and are still deciding whether this is home.

HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions, not in person

A City That Keeps Absorbing New Arrivals

Raleigh grows by intake. State government, the university system, the tech and life science employers ringing the city, a steady stream of people who came for a role and found a neighborhood afterward. Half the people in any given room have been here under five years.

That churn is easy to underestimate. Building real friendship as an adult is slow work, and it is slower if you find large casual groups draining and prefer two people and a long conversation. Sensitive adults often end up with a strong resume and a thin support network in the same city.

What Usually Brings People In

Loneliness that does not match how busy your calendar is. A move, a marriage, a first child, or a career pivot that unsettled more than you expected. Low grade anxiety about whether you chose the right life. Feeling behind socially while doing fine professionally.

We slow it down and look at what you actually want your weeks to contain, then work on the smaller and more repeatable steps that get you there.

How Sessions Work

Secure video, from your home or wherever you have privacy. I do not have an office in Raleigh and do not meet clients in person. Adults, North Carolina only.

No office, anywhere

All appointments are HIPAA-compliant telehealth video sessions. There is no address to drive to in this city or in any other, and no in person option. I am licensed in North Carolina only and see adults who are physically in the state during their sessions. I do not promise a particular outcome or a set number of sessions.

How to Start From Raleigh

  1. Book a free 20-minute consultation by video from wherever you are in Raleigh.

  2. Meet for a first session of about 50 minutes, where we look at your history and set goals.

  3. Keep meeting by HIPAA-compliant telehealth video, often weekly at first.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm, and Friday, 10am to 2pm. Private pay only; I do not bill insurance.

Questions From Raleigh Clients

Do I need to come to an office?

No. Every session is a HIPAA-compliant telehealth video session. There is no office in Raleigh or anywhere else.

What if I travel or move within North Carolina?

That is fine. As long as you are physically in North Carolina during our sessions, where you are in the state does not matter.

Do you work with couples or families?

No. I work with individuals 18 and older. If a relationship is part of what brings you in, we work on it together one on one.

Do you take insurance?

No. My practice is private pay. We go over fees during your free consultation.

If You Need Help Right Now
