Anxiety Support
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety rarely announces itself. It shows up as a tight chest before a meeting, a mind that will not stop drafting worst-case scenarios at 2 a.m., or a day spent bracing for something you cannot name. Therapy gives that pattern somewhere to go.
What Anxiety Can Look Like
If several of these sound familiar, you are in exactly the right place. None of them need to be severe to be worth bringing to a session.
- Thoughts that loop and will not settle
- Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep
- Avoiding conversations, decisions, or places that feel risky
- Physical tension, restlessness, or a stomach that reacts before you do
- Feeling exhausted by a day that looked ordinary from the outside
How We Work on This Together
Relief You Can Use This Week
We start with what is loudest. In early sessions you leave with concrete tools, including ways to interrupt a spiral, to slow your body down, to make a decision without running every scenario first. Feeling better sooner creates room for the deeper work.
Then, the Pattern Underneath
Once the volume comes down, we look at what keeps anxiety fed: the standards you hold yourself to, the conversations you avoid, the boundaries that never quite hold. Changing those is what makes relief last.
A Pace That Respects You
You will not be pushed into telling a story before you are ready. Sessions are collaborative, and you stay in charge of where we go next.

Questions People Ask
- How soon will I feel a difference?
- That varies by person, but we build in practical tools from the first sessions so you have something to work with right away.
- Do you work with panic symptoms?
- Yes. We can talk during your consultation about what you are experiencing and whether my practice is the right fit.
- Is medication required?
- No. I do not prescribe. Many clients work with me alone; others coordinate therapy alongside care from a prescriber.
